Vermont tops ranking for gender equality, but experts say more work needed

For the third time, Vermont has topped Bloomberg’s list ranking states on gender equality.
Bloomberg ranked each state based on five categories, including pay ratio by gender, female labor force participation, college degree attainment, health coverage and women in poverty.
